TERMS FOR ITEMS INTENDED FOR EBAY:

Drop-Source reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time with or without prior notice.

If you purchase a list of items from us, list all of them on eBay, and in the first 30 days less than 10% of them have sold; we will send you a full refund for your purchase.

In order to be eligible for a refund, all of the items must have been listed using the optimized titles that we provided, and priced so that you would profit $2.50 (after eBay and PayPal fees) when the items sold. 

Additionally, all of the items must remain active on your eBay store for 30 days or more. The listings must have been promoted with eBay's "Promoted Listings" feature at 3%, and cannot have been listed on a flagged/throttled eBay account. 

Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds, as we only have control over the quality of the items that we source (not eBay's actions against your account).

You may be asked to provide information so that we can verify the authenticity of your claims, including but not limited to:

  • A link to your eBay store
  • Screenshots of your recent sales
  • Screenshots of your active items
  • Screenshots of your promoted listings
  • Other information or screenshots

 

Customers that open payment disputes are ineligible for refunds.

Refunds can be issued within 40 days of the date that the list of items was delivered to you via e-mail. Beyond this time-frame, we do not offer refunds.

If you meet all of these requirements, you will be eligible for a full refund.

NOTE: We highly recommend listing the items that we deliver on a NEW eBay account, so that you can be sure that the account has not been flagged.

 


 

TERMS FOR ITEMS INTENDED FOR FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE:

Drop-Source reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time with or without prior notice.

If you purchase a list of items from us, list all of them on Facebook Marketplace, and in the first 30 days less than 10% of them have sold; we will send you a full refund for your purchase.

In order to be eligible for a refund, all of the items must have been listed at (or below) the price provided in the spreadsheet, using the titles provided, with manually added photos that are NOT stock photos on a white background. 

Additionally, all of the items must remain active on Facebook Marketplace for 30 days or more, on an account with the "Shipping" option enabled. 

The listings must be "renewed" as soon as Facebook allows it (generally once every 7 days).

Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds, as we only have control over the quality of the items that we source (not Facebook's actions against your account).

You may be asked to provide information so that we can verify the authenticity of your claims, including but not limited to:

  • A link to your Facebook Marketplace profile
  • Screenshots of your recent sales
  • Screenshots of your active listings
  • Other information or screenshots
